The Radiowave Therapy Clinic is a non-profit, privately funded facility and the only place in the world providing the patented treatment innovated by Dr John Holt.
Whilst Dr Holt retired from his treatment practice in 2004 at the age of 80 years, he gave a great deal of his time in assisting the Clinic founders to establish this facility.
The clinic is open for all but public holidays, weekends and for 2 weeks at Christmas. Occasionally, a patient's actual treatment schedule can be outside normal hours.
The Clinic building has been modified to accommodate the treatment technologies and day care requirements and its treatment protocols are exclusively based on the processes and sciences of Dr Holt. A great deal of early investigations into the treatment and how to best get results eventuated in the investment in all new equipment and the purpose built facility.
Patients are welcomed into a friendly reception area and access to a well-equipped waiting room is available for families, friends and carers accompanying patients. The only proviso is that they will not be able to enter treatment areas where patients are under the supervision of the medical staff.
The clinic manager has governance of the clinic activities, reports to the Board, and is supported by doctors who oversee the patients. Registered nurses coordinate patients and their treatment, engineers manage the treatment technologies and equipment, while the administration staff ensures that the Clinic functions day-to-day.
An information pack is supplied to patients prior to treatment, and detailed medical history and a Clinic doctor consultation is required before a treatment can be approved. Nevertheless, if an applicant's health permits, and the patient provides the necessary consents, then persons seeking radiowave therapy will not be denied treatment. Much of the administration of such matters occurs at the time of consultation with the doctor.
